Our mission is to raise awareness about the signs and prevention of all forms of abuse and encourage children and families to speak up and make their voices heard. We believe spreading love and kindness can help prevent emotional and verbal abuse, neglect, hate, and more.

THE FACTS
Oh, how time has flown. Each year, it’s hard to believe that child protection agencies receive over 4 million referrals that involve more than 4.3 million children. I remember when those numbers were so much lower. We thought the United States had a decent record back then compared to other industrialized nations, but now, it seems unsatisfactory. And the heartbreaking reality that we lose an average of five children every day to child abuse and neglect reminds us that we still have so much work to do.
State agencies discover over 656,000 cases of child maltreatment yearly, and it’s important to remember that this dispatches only a portion of the narrative. Ah, nostalgia… sometimes it isn’t easy to stay hopeful when thinking of all the little ones who need our help.
